Steelbridge Ministries is the premier faith-based recovery center in downtown Albuquerque. Offering a yearlong residential treatment to those who have struggled with addiction, homelessness, trauma, human trafficking, and youths aging out of foster care, Steelbridge incorporates counseling, behavioral health services, spiritual guidance, vocational training, and other solutions to help individuals regain control of their lives. • Part of a two-person team responsible for generating $1.5 million in yearly revenue from donors to serve those struggling with substance abuse disorders, chronic homelessness, and domestic violence in New Mexico. • Donor database management: I leverage my proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and maintain a donor base of roughly 5000 constituents. I generate various reports including, donor retention, donor segmentation for campaigns, ROI for campaigns, and revenue reports. These reports are used to identify who to market and by what medium (i.e., direct mail, email, telephone, etc.) • Marketing/Graphic Design: Work directly with the development director and social media team to generate content and design and implement key marketing campaigns. Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral. Since my involvement at Steelbridge, my efforts in filming, editing, and producing videos and shooting still photography has contributed to a direct increase in online presence and engagement: 1. Facebook and Instagram reach is up, respectively, to 20,240 (+205.8%) and 4,505 (+406.7%), and page visits to 4,572 (+79%) and 360 (+68.2%) 2. Website traffic increased to 25,000 (+74% yr/yr) visits, 21,000 (+77% yr/yr) unique visitors, and 42,000 (+36% yr/yr) page views. 3. I created a YouTube channel to increase awareness and store videos from past campaigns. • Photography and film: I shoot, edit, and compose photographs, videos, and graphics for use on Steelbridge’s website, email, and direct mail campaigns.
