Managed all aspects of installs while assuming different roles in each project. • Guided teams of cross-functional analysts and operational personnel through the scoping, design, build, testing, training, and live application of software. Managed expectations and answered questions in order to maintain clarity of focus and confidence throughout the install. • Collaborated with operational leaders and executives to design and improve clinical workflows using experimental population health-focused tools. • Maintained challenging timelines through efficient management of cross-functional analyst teams across several different organizations. • Coordinated and conducted analysis of risk while organizing post-live issue escalation and mitigation strategies in order to reduce risk in post-live systems. • Led a drive to improve documentation and available materials on Medicare-Advantage content within Epic’s population-health division. • Oversaw the design and successful implementation of an experimental install intended to allow Epic to branch into Pharmaceutical Benefits Management (PBM) workflows. Productivity metrics were brought up to pre-live baselines within three weeks of the project’s post-live date. This project served as a proof of concept for future development on PBM-centric development that I have continued to work closely with internal development teams to guide. • Worked with counterparts at Columbia and the CDC to co-develop a new algorithm and clinical workflows for more efficient falls-risk screenings in older patients.
