  Co-founding since its start in 1999, Sullivan Wickley has provided tremendous chances. As President of Sullivan Wickley, I oversee the general design, development, and construction of the company. With over 34 years of experience locating, evaluating, zoning, acquiring, developing, and building commercial real estate, my attention to detail guarantees that projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a team, we uphold the company's high-quality standards while also meeting the needs of the local area. To date, we have built over 200 build-to-suit and multitenant shopping centers. By adhering to these fundamentals, we successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget, all while preserving quality and lowering occupancy costs for our tenant partners. We are actively developing retail locations throughout the Southeast. We frequently have additional land available that is not required for the retail area, which we partition and sell or hold for long-term investment. Furthermore, because of our wide network of repeat customers, third-party owners frequently contact us to advertise their land holdings.
