  The company has grown considerably over my 10 year span with ASG Security, growing from 1.5 Million in RMR to over 11 Million in RMR during that 10 years. ASG Security started out with just 4 locations and has grown to more than 20 locations across the nation. Although some of their growth can be contributed to acquisitions they did strive, and were very successful, at growing their business organically through inside sales rather than growth by acquisition. I played a major role in supporting all aspects of the internal technologies and processes to aid such rapid growth. Responsible for the migration of systems, services and various technologies during company acquisitions Designed network infrastructure to seamlessly integrate all branch locations across the nation, including new acquisitions Oversee helpdesk staff responsible for support end-users throughout the company in all branch locations, including remote locations Maintain the health, maintenance, and introduction of new servers and applications for which the entire company would come to rely on for day to day operations Maintain site to site VPN tunnels for each branch while maintain security to reduce the risk of any confidential data being compromised Fully managed and planned both data circuits, site to site connectivity and phone system and associated technologies at 20+ branch locations Show less
