Bio
Joe Tjaarda
Brian is an excellent technical manager in that he definitely knows a lot about SQL, C# development, software architecture and best practices. I have never felt like he takes a heavy hand approach to management. Instead he's worked to build me up and give me many opportunities to grow. He encourages his developers to go out to conferences, and learn new skills. As a manager, Brian is also patient, and accommodating. I think it's great that I can go to him for advice on designing a piece of software and get great feedback and support. Overall, I would highly recommend Brian Sheridan, and hope to work for him for many years to come.
