I worked for several real estate companies until my sons, Nick & Ben, and I went to visit Heartland Properties, the best company in Council Bluffs. We were sold on them from the very start, and I am happy to say that I still am after six great years. I was a salesman in the Council Bluffs office for CBS Real Estate under our Broker Deb Powell and we did very well, but unfortunately following the home mortgage crisis the CBS ownership decided that it wasn't worth it to them to keep the Council Bluffs office open. That gave me the opportunity to join the best real estate company in the metro area, Heartland Properties, where I have been ever since.
