Previously completed work as a Project Operations Manager on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kentucky Lock Addition, Phase I project located in Grand Rivers, KY consisting primarily of mass concrete production and placement for the first phase of construction of the new lock structure and the construction of a flood control project in Prompton, Pennsylvania for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Provided program management for the completion of almost 30 individual projects with varied scopes for Tennessee Valley Authority. Involvement with startup and oversight of multiple projects including heavy highway, wastewater treatment, and dam rehabilitation.
