  I was responsible for construction and project management leadership for the development of master facility plans and major construction projects for my clients. My involvement was as a facilitator and Ii directed the establishment of the overall project goals and objectives for my clients master facility plans and major construction projects. These goals and objectives typically include project timing, guiding design principles, project delivery team selection parameters and processes, coordination of all the activities of the project delivery team and reported the expectations to the hospital steering committee. A sampling of my project assignments • Renovation and expansion of St. Joseph’s Hospital (Tacoma, WA) vascular catheterization lab from three to six rooms, addition of two interventional radiology suites and a new MRI suite. This $25 million, multiphase project was completed on time and with a savings of a little over three percent. • St Clare’s Hospital oncology suite expansion and renovation project which added an additional ten beds to the department. This project was $2.5 million and was completed with a five percent savings. • Researched the facility assessment needs for the Tanana Chiefs Conference of Fairbanks, Alaska. This assignment looked into the healthcare and the capital needs for 42 villages located inside of 235,000 square miles of Alaska Interior. Show less
