Over the last five years, Brian has orchestrated the design and implementation of Stradley’s diversity and inclusion strategies and has helped to chart a multi-year roadmap for Stradley to develop best practices. Brian regularly acts as a resource to the board of directors and other key members of firm leadership on diversity issues and collaborates with Stradley’s clients to ensure the firm’s diversity initiatives are aligned with client inclusion goals. Brian is also an integral part of the firm's efforts to recruit, promote, and retain diverse attorneys and helped to redesign Stradley’s recruiting process to reduce bias. Brian continues his work outside of the firm, where he is heavily involved with organizations dedicated to equity and inclusion and is regularly sought out for his perspective on innovative approaches to diversity questions.
