To date I have only had the privilege of working with Brian as director on one show. It was probably the best collaborative experience I've had in theater. Brian has a strong vision of the show he wants to produce. He communicates his vision clearly while at the same time being open to new ideas. Brian serves as Stradley’s Chief Diversity Officer, leading the firm-wide inclusion and equity initiatives. Brian regularly acts as a resource to the board of directors and other key members of firm leadership on diversity issues and collaborates with Stradley’s clients to ensure the firm’s diversity initiatives are aligned with client inclusion goals. Brian is also an integral part of the firm's efforts to recruit, promote, and retain diverse attorneys and helped to redesign Stradley’s recruiting process to reduce bias. Brian continues his work outside of the firm, where he is heavily involved with organizations dedicated to equity and inclusion and is regularly sought out for his perspective on innovative approaches to diversity questions.
