Assisting in the management of Commercial TI projects in the SF interiors and Renovation division. I provide on-site project engineering, which includes acquiring building permits, bid package prep, writing of contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and general project administration. I am proficient in Revit and create 3D models of spaces to provide accurate quantity take-offs for estimating projects. Laser scanning of existing spaces is another niche that I specialize in. I use the Faro Focus 3D to scan existing spaces, import the point clouds into Revit, and then create accurate as-builts.
