I worked with Brian for almost 3 years while at Spectrum Brands. Brian's positive attitude and natural ability to collaborate is infectious and makes him a joy to work with. Brian has experience with the major big box retailers and has proven success with a variety of consumer product goods. I found Brian's ability to focus on the big picture while still executing day to day tasks especially impressive. Brian's skill set in sales, forecasting, negotiation and creativity with in-store promotions will guarantee success in whatever he pursues.

I’ve known Brian Roland for over 12 years. As an associate of The Scotts Miracle Gro Company, he and I were direct competitors for a number of years as we were both district managers in the Atlanta market. Brian was (and is today) a fierce competitor but also a very fair one. We had a healthy respect for each other and agreed early on that there was enough room in the box for us to both flourish and we did. My point is simple; Brian’s ethical foundation left him to be trustworthy and a man of good moral fiber. Though we were competitors, I knew Brian as a man of integrity. Whether he scored outright or capitalized on a mistake, he did it in all fairness and well within the rules of engagement. Brian is enthusiastic and full of energy. Highly competitive, he pushes himself to constantly improve his achievements and results. He focuses on the task at hand and never loses sight of the objective, and this is always done with the highest of integrity and ethical standards. His results and achievements, alongside the respect of his team and peers speak for themselves. Brian is a capable and experienced sales and managerial professional, yet he is constantly seeking feedback so he can continue to learn and grow. On a personal level, I find him to live a balanced life with equal emphasis on family as well as his career. He’s very involved in the lives of his children and works hard to be the best provider he can be. In short, Brian has always been a high level contributor in any role he’s held. Whether managing a team of people or a product line he focuses on the task at hand and doesn’t stop till the job is done. He will always be a strong asset for any organization he is part of and there is no one I would recommend more to be part of your organization or any other for that matter than Brian.

From day one loading bags in the garden center, to managing large teams of employees, this was an awesome experience in camaraderie. Working in one of the top Home Depot stores at the time, this experience taught me a lot about managing people and executing deliverables in a fast paced environment.
