Brian er en vindertype der når de mål han sætter sig, samt sørger for at hans team ligeledes når i mål med de aftalte budgetter og målsætninger. Brian er altid den første der møder og den sidste der går. Han er et forbillede for hans ansatte og en man altid kan stole 100% på. Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde sammen med Brian Pedersen i telemarketingbranchen i lidt over 4 år, i perioden 2012 - 2016. I denne periode gik Brian fra at være ganske almindelig canvas high-performer på telefonen til at stå i spidsen for den overordnede samt daglige drift af et mellemstort callcenter i Kolding. Kolding-virksomheden bestod af 25 fuldtidsmedarbejdere og 2 mellemledere under Brian. Brian Pedersen varetog jobbet som afdelingens øverste leder i mere end 3 år. Jeg var på papiret Brians nærmeste overordnede i det daglige. Men efter et intensivt og omfattende lederudviklingsforløb, der klædte Brian på til at varetage rollen som daglig leder af et callcenter, med alt hvad dette indebærer, var jeg mere eller mindre overflødig og bidrog stort kun som sparringspartner og mentor på Brians forespørgsler. Jeg har lært Brian at kende som et meget selvstændigt og ambitiøst menneske, med et roligt sind og et sympatisk væsen. Som kollega er han loyal, positiv og lunefuld. Som sælger er han venlig, pålidelig og ekstremt resultatskabende. Som autodidakt leder på det taktiske niveau er Brian Pedersen uhyre pålidelig og stabil. Han stiller høje krav til sig selv og sine omgivelser. Han er vellidt og formår altid, på trods af en meget lang arbejdsuge, at bevare gnisten både hos sig selv og sine medarbejdere, i en benhård og – for andre – opslidende branche. Han har overblik og sans for detaljen. Og så evner han som få at prioritere, så de rigtige beslutninger træffes – hver gang!
