Choate Construction, Carter, and Cooper Carry were contracted to build the Kilpatrick Townsend for the complete renovation and restack of their existing space at 1100 Peachtree. Not only did this project have the typical challenges found these days with working in an existing space, but also working in an occupied space. Existing conditions, not reflected on the previous drawings, were around every corner and Brian was there from start to finish assisting with problem solving and solutions. We often joked that the longest turnaround time on RFI’s was less than 12 hours and most of them within 1-2 hours. Brian’s dedication to this project onsite, at meetings, nights, and weekends was an enormous contributing factor to the overall success of this project. It was a pleasure to work with him due to his attention to detail and professionalism. Despite all the challenges a project of this type could throw at us, we were able to meet the schedule and have a few laughs along the way. We at Choate go into every project with the
