I worked as an intern under the supervision of an assistant brewer during the production and distribution processes. In the production process I assisted with preparing ingredients, as well as brewing, and monitoring the progress and quality of the product during fermentation. This included testing for specific gravity, color, and carbonation levels, as well as monitoring temperature and fermentation rates. In the distribution process I assisted in packaging and preparing finished products for transportation, as well as preparing kegs and bottles to be served in the brewery's tap room.
