Director of Operations Oversee admission criteria with regards to inpatient Mental Health Law 43A. Spring Creek Recovery Center provides a broad array of services that are designed to assist individuals 18 years and older with their mental health stability and recovery. The facility not only includes a 16-bed Recovery Center, but also a psychiatric Urgent Care that has 8 Recovery Respite recliners and a 24-hour Hotline. Spring Creek Recovery Center serves Creek, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Cherokee, Adair, and Sequoyah, but also supports the crisis needs of Tulsa and the state as a whole. The center is designed to meet the growing need to provide diversion services and crisis support care to adults requiring 24 hour care for intervention and crisis resolution, regardless of their ability to pay. Individuals meeting criteria who suffer from specific mental health disorders and substance abuse issues will be admitted for services. Spring Creek Recovery Center’s Walk-In clinic provides psychiatric assessment, and medication evaluation, as well as access to make appointments with CREOKS Behavioral Health Services. The Psychiatric Urgent Care has 8 Recovery Respite recliners where guests can get crisis intervention counseling, recovery coaching, case management, peer support, medication and psychiatric evaluation for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes. The Crisis Recovery Center offers the same services in a residential format, with an average stay of 3 to 5 days, and a maximum of 10 days. The center is over 10,000 sq. feet and includes a 5,000 sq. foot, fenced courtyard. There will be between 7 and 11 staff on duty 24/7, that work to create a trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery environment.
