I worked with Brian in Baghdad, Iraq where he was responsible for facility management planning and construction project management for the Office of Security Cooperation - Iraq. His communication and negotiation skills were very valuable as we worked with high level representatives of the Government of Iraq, the US Embassy, the Army Corps of Engineers and several other organizations to fulfill reconstruction projects for Iraq and keep critical infrastructure and services running to support the enduring US Mission in Iraq. Brian's ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor while operating in a difficult, high stress environment was an inspiration to our team.
