Created the database and programmed an application which creates, tracks and records escrow files and commission bills for broker commissions, computes broker and co-broker amounts, percents, expenses, and due dates. Commission Bill is exported out in PDF format using PDFSharp. • Property Database. Programmed a system to maintain property listings for display and search on the company’s web site. System sends out automated emails using SSIS packages to brokers and the Marketing Department notifying them listings are, or are about to expire. System also uses database triggers and DBMail to notify COSTAR and Xceligent of new listings, changes and listing removals, allowing the brokers a central place to manage their listings across multiple Commercial Real Estate platforms.
