It has taken me many years to fully appreciate all of the skills Brian brings to an operations management role. For the three years I worked for Brian, his ability to manage a team was obvious. Brian had surrounded himself with a highly talented and diverse team, and his understated and calm management style bought the full talent of that team to the fore, while allowing individuals to flourish. While a challenging environment, I enjoyed working for Brian in such an environment. While technically strong in operations management, his man management skills set him apart from most and allow him to successful at executive levels. He is willing to make hard decisions if required to achieve the cultural changes required in competitive environments, but rarely needs to. As a manager, coach or mentor, his empathic, but empowering style of management will extract the most from any team. I would highly recommend Brian for any senior management roles that require developing personnel or teams.

Brian and I worked together at Heat and Control in Brisbane. Brian had full responsibility for the Operations of the business including planning, scheduling, manufacturing and safety. We worked closely on a number of projects including the implementation of a Drug & Alcohol Policy and random drug testing. Brian is an exceptional leader who empowers his team to get the job done. He is a well rounded Manager with great communication skills and a level head. He is an asset to any organisation and a genuine person. I would not hesitate to employ Brian in any Operational or Executive Management role.
