I have known Brian for over sixteen years and for the first ten years he was my operations manager. Over the ten years as my operations manager Brian showed professionalism, integrity and a genuine concern over the business. Brian has a wealth of experience in catering and was only too happy to pass on his knowledge which he did so on many occassions. Brian however was ruthless when needed and focused on end results but managed to motivate everyone in the same direction.
