Our Community Colleges are home to some of the brightest and purpose driven students in the country. It is not by accident that great talent is turned out of these establishments, it takes talent and commitment from professionals like Brian McDonald. Since I have known Brian, from the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, he has been pouring value into anyone that wants to learn and anyone that wants to grow. We were considered a very effective and successful culinary operation and I give Brian so much credit as the role he played was one of self-less contribution. The Asheville - Buncombe program was elevated to its highest level when Brian headed up that program. He is doing it again at Bellingham Technical College. I give Brian my highest endorsement and loud applause for his tireless work in the hospitality industry.
