I had the opportunity to work closely with Brian over the past 7 years. During that time, I always found Brian to be very responsive to our functions needs and always willing to help in any way possible. Brian was always able to show leadership and commitment, even during tough business climates and conditions. It was a true pleasure working with Brian and any organization would be lucky to have him!

I have had the privilege of working alongside Brian for the last sixteen years and can attest that it was nothing but fun and enjoyable working directly with him. He's a first class human being for starters but beyond that he's a smart, high-energy, ultra-positive individual who simply gets the job done. While there are many positive things I can say about Brian and his work attributes, I will focus on two that stand out to me. #1, since joining Salisbury in 2004 Brian showed great progression over time in various roles in which he excelled at. From Regional Sales Manager to National Account Manager to Director of Marketing to Business Leader for our Salisbury Assessment Solutions Services business he progressed through the ranks. He had success in these varied roles because he brought his every-day passion and energy to the table and exceeded expectations in each role. Impressive to me is how he was able to succeed in several of those roles which were very different from his prior roles. Sales, Marketing and Business Management/Development but regardless of role his results always hit the bulls-eye. Brian has the business savvy to succeed in a wide variety of roles and that's a credit to him. #2, I have long admired Brian's "Don't Take No" for an answer mentality where he will not let any roadblock stop him. He has great determination/will to put his head down and push through all adversity until he gets the job done. I've seen this first hand in various positions and it's just how he's wired. Many simply throw in the towel after so much adversity and challenges but not Brian - he quietly plows away until he gets what he wants or the job is done. I have learned greatly from Brian in this regard as well as others. In summary, Brian is a skilled and well-rounded Sales/Marketing/Business Development professional who brings a lot of knowledge, passion, energy and FUN to the table. A GREAT guy and a WINNER!!
