Invited back to work in Stanford University's Center for Food Security and the Environment (FSE) as a paid research intern focused on data analysis and visualization for research applying data science to agriculture. Developed full workflow for analysis of concentrated animal feeding operation wind impacts in North Carolina using R geoprocessing and ArcGIS Hydrography modeling. Processed, visualized, and compared crop data from the World Bank LSMS survey to other major sub-saharan crop datasets in terms of crop yields, intercropping, and child stunting using R and Stata. Generated test data for visual machine learning identification of farm and crop locations with satellite imagery. Compared crop map data to county-level crop maps in the U.S. Corn Belt using Google Earth Engine, Python, and R. Show less
