  * Main interface between customer and plant * Responsible for attending Customer build events during launches * Drive internal coordination between materials, quality, production, engineering, and finance, during launch and startup activities * Assist corporate in quoting new jobs for plant * Develop program timelines and track adherence to on time progress * Maintains and tracks tooling dollars throughout the launch of programs; and that programs are adhering to the quoted tooling dollars. * Maintains actualized cost detail throughout the launch of programs * Responsible for explaining any overages on tooling dollars or cost for program launch * Drive internal coordination between materials, quality, production, and engineering to recover any tooling overages or profit lost. * Develop and trial packaging per customer demand * Assist in tool design, build, and trials. * Responsible for secondary assembly equipment from design, build, and runoff * Interface with 3rd party vendors for new product or cost saving's ideas Show less
