  I am Chairman of the General Liability Practice Group at Weber Gallagher. My practice focuses on the litigation and trial of general liability and product liability cases in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My clients include Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers and self-insureds. Some of my recent jury defense verdicts include cases involving allegations of defective products, medical malpractice, maritime injuries and elevator accidents. I have served as general counsel for the Elevator Contractor’s Council of Associated Builders & Contractors since 2008. I am also active in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Council (FDCC) and Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (PADC).
