I am currently the X-Ray, Mammography & Nuclear Medicine Team Leader supervising twelve Clinical Education Specialists in seventeen states as we administer and coordinate University Style training classes at assigned customer installation sites. We are responsible for post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. We also support the sale of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting the field Sales representatives with pre-sale demonstrations and clinical trials.Our key responsibilities/essential functions include: Coordinating the delivery of customer training with the Field Engineer and Sales groups. Support the sales process in technical presentations of (modality) products where applicable. Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications. We possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Produce well-written post-training reports and to provide written product feedback. Support tradeshow activity. Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
