What makes a great leader? What defines an effective CEO? To me an effective leader is someone who is courageous, resilient, a strong communicator, and most importantly someone who inspires future leaders within their organization. Since joining DELTA |v| in 2015, I have had the pleasure of working alongside Brian Anders, a natural leader who embodies all of those attributes. At DELTA |v|, Brian has exhibited exceptional courage related to making the difficult decisions required to bring about change and growth. He is always looking towards the future, and setting ambitious goals for himself and his teams. Brian's passion for growth and development makes him a leader that myself, and others, are drawn to follow. Brian is a visionary leader who understands change means taking risks. Having overcome economic downturns, pandemics, and even failed decisions, Brian has shown tremendous resiliency while continuing to push the organization forward. Brian has always had the ability to bounce back and remain open to accepting and learning from mistakes: turning unexpected situations into positive results. Through his excellent communication skills, Brian has fostered a strong network of internal team members, and external partners, that has allowed him to build mutually beneficial working relationships for all involved. A key strength in this regard is Brian's emotional intelligence. Intentional with every decision he makes, Brian has crafted a culture of authenticity and open communication that ensures both clients and employees feel heard and valued. Brian has successfully built a world class engineering firm based on collaboration. Growing a firm to the size and reputation of DELTA |v| could not have been achieved without Brian's genuine and authentic nature that ensures that every employee, no matter their role, feels integral to the company's success. He has proven to be exceptional at developing the next great leader(s) of DELTA |v|, spending a great deal of time developing people both professionally and personally. He is a great listener, mentor, and supporter of his direct reports.

Brian is a top-notch accident reconstructionist. We hired him to assist in defense in motor carrier--SUV wreck. His recreation of the collision and his assistance with deposition preparation for plaintiff expert deposition were invaluable. His firm is at the cutting edge in this industry. He and his staff delivered a great work product for me and the client.
