Qualified to U.S. Air Force 7 Level (Civilian Level II) in the following NDI / NDT methods: Eddy Current (ET), Dye Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Radiographic (RT). Set-up, manage and maintain all unit NDI / NDT laboratory equipment and complete all required process control checks on five NDI / NDT methods. Schedule and document all NDI / NDT Laboratory process control checks and maintenance on equipment using Process Control Automated Management System (PCAMS) Access database. Maintain other NDI Laboratory programs including hazardous material program, PPE, spare tools/equipment and technical order library. Provide initial and upgrade training and certification for new NDI / NDT personnel, and document training using Training Business Application (TBA) web based application.
