      I have the most real estate specific related website traffic in town from any other agent or brokerage for the last 8 to 9 years. I can guarantee an incredible amount of exposure to sellers looking to list their homes, above and beyond what the MLS provides. I started out working with lots of buyers based on large numbers of buyers to my website. I then figured out something very exciting. IF I have virtually all the buyers buzzing into my website, why not start featuring up my sellers listings on there to optimize their selling time and higher price out! It worked! I now list just as many homes as I help sell. I have a unique perspective to bring to and for my sellers as a result, based on what buyers patterns are at that time on any particular price point. I have an increasing breath of expertise, skills an experience to bring in areas of luxury, investors investing, specializing with retirees, communities, preparing homes for selling, assessing market fluctuations, St George specific market data and how to interpret hard numbers for our areas specific price points. This both enables a better sense on how to act with a pricing strategy as a seller and in helping buyers conclude how inventory levels are hurting or helping their experience (in other words, helping them time their purchased, based on the market and their unique situation?).
