I am responsible for a host of different areas of my company: • Leadership • Marketing and Social Media • Videography and Blogging • Company Culture • Product Development • Vendor Relationships I run this business together with my wife, Rachel Goulet. We have grown it from a mom-and-pop startup in our house to a multi-million dollar operation with over 40 team members and a 23,000+sf office/warehouse space. Our customer service is second-to-none, and we have one of the easiest to use and most educational websites in the world for those interested in learning about fountain pens. This stems from a passion that I personally have for getting new people into the hobby, driven by my own personal experience of having to learn about pens completely on my own in 2009. In the 'garage' days of the company, I ran the fulfillment operations. I developed the signature "Goulet Packing Method" that we are known for among our customers. To this day, I remain the product expert in our company's review videos. I focus a great deal of my time on strengthening our company culture, providing vision and inspiration to everyone on our team, and helping to solve company-wide challenges that we face as we hit higher and higher levels of business growth. My strengths of patience, vision, fortitude, and constitution give my company a strong leader to stand behind as we look to expand our company. I have long-since surpassed what I envisioned my company would become, and I am now working to challenge myself by providing the best place to work for my team, the best place to shop for my customers, and the best place to be inspired by anyone who looks deeper into how my company is run. I review fountain pen paper, ink, and other paraphernalia to educate my fans and customers and enhance their writing experience. Having produced nearly 1,000 videos and 1,300+ written blog posts, I've gained a reputation for being a trustworthy expert in the fountain pen industry in addition to being a retailer.

I worked with him to expand the business that he established, and used the opportunity to build up my own entrepreneurial talents as I spent precious time under my father's mentorship. This experience was most valuable to me to see firsthand the dedication it takes to run and grow a small company. Though little of the technical work is relevant to me now, much of the foundational aspects of managing a business I was able to apply to the company I started on my own. Show less
