  I was originally hired by The Pennsylvania State University as one of the original eight Senior e-Business Consultants appointed to develop and launch the e-TAP Initiative, essentially a division of the University's PENNTAP charged with assisting Pennsylvania businesses with their technology needs in a consulting capacity. After a few years I selected as one of three consultants to oversee and launch PENNTAP's new Business Cluster-Based Initiative, I was personally responsible for twenty five of Pennsylvania's sixty seven counties under this program.
