Brian is definitely one of the best technical marketing people I have been working with - full of passion, quick and deep in technical diving, always strong in building up connections with customers!

I strongly recommend Brian as a highly talented technical marketing executive in field of automotive and industrial solutions. Brian brings the marketing muscle to partner with engineering leads to develop relevant strategies to solve customer problems, win customer confidence and secure new business. He is a savvy, relentless, high-tech marketing and business leader. Brian and I have worked for many years with TI's C2000 DSP/MCUs on product definitions and the customization of industrial motor control solutions. He was a critical part of our industrial business strategy and enabled much higher growth rates for the product line. He worked across many end-equipment segments including digital motor controllers, digital and analog encoders, high accuracy sensing, ultimately offering cost effective and best in class connected servo systems. His recent product positioning in renewable energy solutions with C2000 MCUs and TI analog, extends his winning approach. Brian prepares very well and runs smooth customer engagements. He paints a compelling solution story across both TI broad MCU and analog product lines. He is an asset to engineering in the planning and definition for any technical solutions. I have personally partnered with him on Functional Safety seminars to industrial customers as well as TI internal training. He brings a wealth of information on the application of MCU products especially in the functional safety context. He has deep understanding of the Automotive, Industrial and consumer equipment functional directives and safety standards. He always challenges the engineering team to push the envelope to create more compelling, winning solutions including silicon, software and development tools. Brian is never shy about learning new things (however technical) and develops new angles/perspectives to convey complex topics in a simpler form. While the collateral is comprehensive, customers find it easy to grasp the message. Once a customer designed us in, Brian prepares the organization to ensure the necessary support model is in place and that it is mutually beneficial the customer and our company. With his business acumen and the skills described above, I have seen Brian successfully apply his high-energy style directly to marketing, training and negotiation functions.
