  Mr. Brian Flynn has served as an expert witness providing Forensic Engineering and Retro Commissioning analyses and testimony on a broad variety of cases. (Selected)- Philadelphia, PAMr. Flynn provided expert witness testimony and forensic engineering analysis on behalf of the defendant concerning a multi-million dollar claim for substandard HVAC system design. Although Mr. Flynn concluded that there were design deficiencies, he was capable of offering a design solution for the problems at a fraction of the cost of the claim. - BermudaThe Owner of a 5-star resort (and many others) on the island of Bermuda had a significant history of receiving a final product that failed to meet his expectations. Mr. Flynn and a team of Z&F staff identified numerous problems and for the first time, and the client was able to negotiate a satisfactory settlement with the installation contractors and make corrective actions to improve the MEP systems performance.- IdahoMr. Flynn provided forensic engineering analysis and expert witness testimony on behalf of a new hospital which was experiencing deficiencies in the HVAC and humidification systems. The project was a new acute care medical facility. The parties are using the information to reach a settlement.- New JerseyMr. Flynn provided forensic engineering analysis and retro commissioning services to a party experiencing deficiencies in the HVAC system’s operation. Z&F provided a full report of the problems. The case is awaiting final resolution.
