Brian and I worked closely on several occasions at Staples. We were hand-selected to be part of a pilot for the CET program before it was rolled out company wide. We also collaborated on a workplace strategy capabilities presentation for a high-visibility client. Brian prepared a case study for the presentation we led which blew the client away. The thoughtfulness and and his ability to take a complex design strategy and simplify it for the client was extremely impressive. Brian also is one of the first to respond to a team member needing assistance with troubleshooting software or design challenges. He led a biweekly team call for all of the designers who had completed CET training to ensure continued development and software confidence. He also celebrated and encouraged team members to share their project successes to increase team morale and exchange project learnings. We were also hand picked to develop a CET best practices guide for the design team. Any employer would be lucky to have Brian as part of their team!
