  I worked as a Sales assistant/associate which mainly involved communicating with customers and assuring that their needs are being met. This job gave me great experience working in an environment where new people and new challenges constantly arise. It taught me communication skills and also the best ways to deal with hostility from any unsatisfied customers in a respectful way in order to retain their business.
