Currently serving as the inaugural co-chair for Vamos Forward, an ERG focused on the Latino, Hispanic, Latinx communities at Gannett which launched in November 2019. Within a year, the leadership team and I recruited over 100 members across the company. As co-chair I oversee programming, the group's mission and collaboration with other ERGs in the company. Additionally, I work with other network leaders to represent Latinx employees — who work in editorial, business, ads and sales departments in the company — and push for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
