• Primary design and support for our enterprise wide Citrix XenDesktop 7.x environment. • Designed, implemented and support our Epic HyperSpace server farm supporting 8000 concurrent users and over 400 Windows 2012r2 servers. • Designed, implemented and support a XenDesktop VDI/shared server desktop deployment of over 500 concurrent users and remote connectivity to over 5000 employee remote desktop. • Supported legacy Citrix XenApp 4.5/6.5 environments and migrated these environments to XenDesktop 7.x. • Deployed Citrix Receiver 4.x/Workspace to all PC’s within the organization with full native Receiver support and SSO enabled. • Currently running Citrix Storefront for providing application integration on the desktop, and web for internal and external user. • Installed and support our Citrix NetScaler load balancing environments. Consists of physical NetScaler SDX and MPX devices as well as VPX instances running on the SDX. • Designed, implemented and support a NetScaler HA/GSLB environment for our Epic 2017 environment. • Designed, implemented and support a NetScaler HA for internal clinical and non-clinical applications, for our internal network servers such as AD/LDAP, DNS, and all internal Citrix infrastructure and for all external load balancing and separating Citrix external access gateway functionality. • Designed and implemented our private certificate infrastructure/PKI and a secondary CA for elliptical curve certificates as well. All user and computer object are issued certificates using a 2048 bit key or better. • Implemented a mandatory TLS 1.2, ECDHE RSA (a strong key exchange), and AES_256_GCM (a strong cipher) requirements for all network traffic. • Designed version 1, 2 and 3 of our VMware environment, and implemented version 1 and 2.
