I coach middle schoolers the game of basketball. As far as I am concerned as a coach I have 2 jobs 1. Help the kids improve 2. Help the kids have fun! We do that the wins will come! And 3 straight championship games prove that is true I also help train kids age 3rd grade thru high school in making sure they are learning the fundamentals of the game. Shooting, dribbling, defense, all to make sure they are technically sound. I coach middle schoolers the game of basketball. As far as I am concerned as a coach I have 2 jobs 1.
