Dr. Richard NeSmith

On rare occasion does one encounter someone in their profession that makes a lasting and significant impression as truly being nice, genuine, honest, and intelligent. Brian meets all four of these characteristics. He is nearly always upbeat, kind but honest, has a great sense of humor, and, he is one of the smartest people I know. He is practical yet can discuss the most intricate of details. He never loses track of his purpose in life...and his students love him. I count it an honor to know Dr. Crissey and to be counted as one of his colleagues, and to be his friend. Dr. Crissey is an asset, wherever he goes. Dr. Richard NeSmith Professor of Education

Brian is a conscience member in a difficult group of IT professionals. He has become a good friend and colleague. I can always count on his intellect and his humor. We have had similar past experiences that are just coming to light. I feel that Brian is underappreciated most of the time. I know that he is an excellent teacher and cares deeply about his students. It is a priviledge to know him.
