Prepared zoning code analysis and feasibility studies for addition of approximately 80K SF of live-work residential development on property. Ventus Group, Irvine, CA Providing design and development project management consulting services on The Fig, a $200M, mixed use student housing, hotel and mixed income multi-family development adjacent to USC, the new Banc of LA stadium and the LA Coliseum.
