I had the pleasure of working with Brian on a variety of projects when he was with ABM facilities services. Over the course of three years, Brian started with the creation of a Building Operating Plan and continued to assist in refining detailed SOP/MOP’s. Brian’s vast knowledge of the industry's day-to-day operations and critical equipment made him invaluable to our success! I would recommend him for any regional position which requires a highly talented and motivated individual.

As the CFO of Hovnanian Industries, I was able to observe and benefit from the excellent work Brian Cohn performed as our Property Manager. He exceeded expectations in all respects. Brian oversaw the 13 Commercial Properties in Monmouth and Ocean County, totaling over 1.4 Million square feet. He managed a diverse tenant base including Big Box and local retail stores, office tenants, grocery, etc. Brian was essential in the cost reductions, capital expense planning, and oversight of all aspects of maintenance and repairs to the properties. His versatile skill set and technical knowledge were critical to tenant relations, RFI/RFQ/RFP development, and negotiation of contracts. Brian is well respected in the industry, and has a bright future. I anticipate his reputation will continue to grow as one of the top professionals in our field due to his aptitude, self-motivation and work ethic. I would recommend Brian without hesitation to any employer looking for a consummate professional and achiever.
