  In charge of finishing up the android app, bug fixes on iOS and getting our php backend production-ready and stable. This included adding proper error reporting, error logging, code clean up, integrating payment systems, sorting out bugs and developing new features, as well as building and monitoring our native apps. In this period I experimented with various ways of outsourcing work, but ended up with using in-house developers as the preferred method. As the company grew we rewrote the backend system in Java while adding advanced features and the capability of serious scaling capabilities for the growing business which had now expanded to 16 countries.
