  I was employed by Ricoh to operate one of the companys Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 5+C presses. I worked several shift patterns during this time until August 2013 at which point I was promoted to Print Supervisor. In this role I am responsible for team of printers working a shift pattern, for scheduling the work load on 4 presses and the stock levels of inks and consumables as well as looking after the paper store. I also assist the production manager when required and fill in for him when the need arises. I have a knowledge of Optimus shopfloor management system and liase with customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Took voluntary redundancy after company announced that litho printing was no longer core business and the Hillington site would be wound down to eventual closure. Show less
