Michael Adams

As the facilities planner at Mendocino College for the past 25 years, I have worked directly with Brian as the principal in charge for all our projects since 2000. I’ve worked with him on over a dozen projects as diverse as an ADA assessment study, District Facilities Master Plan, numerous renovation projects, relocation projects, and several new projects, which include a science building, library/learning resource center, student center/cafeteria/bookstore, maintenance building, and two new education centers in Lake County and Northern Mendocino County. His ability to work with the District at many different levels, compliment our strengths and weaknesses and respond to our diverse needs, is exemplary. I highly recommend him. We have stayed with his firm, TLCD Architecture, for a reason and Brian is a large part of that decision.

As the Principal in charge of the Higher Education practice, my accountabilities at TLCD Architecture include Business Development, Project and Client Management, Staff Mentorship, and multiple Firm Management roles. The aspects of this business that I value most highly are building solid relationships with my clients and colleagues, and helping to create functional, sustainable, and inspirational built environments.
