  Oversee and manage the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of PPG PMC coatings plant in Alexander AR that produces three point five million gallons of coatings a year. I have seven technicians and a maintenance scheduler that report to me. Sense taking this position I have had this crew trained on confined space rescue, learned and built a new CMMS program (Micromain) and established PM procedures for this facility. We have changed the culture from a reactive maintenance program to a proactive and reliability focused team.

  I have supervised the Maintenance of four Cintas location, Memphis, Searcy, Kansas City and Little Rock Arkansas. I have trained three supervisors, along with hiring competent maintenance technicians for all locations. I have implemented CMMS programs at all four and trained all of the technicians on this software. I have over seen the installation of new equipment and established reliability practices for this new and existing equipment. When I took over this position Memphis could not produce product because of the poor equipment condition. I have taken on another problem plant in Kansas City and I am bringing it back to reliability standards. I have extensive troubleshooting skills and love fixing problems that seem to baffle others. I have a thorough understanding of the following components and systems. Steam process piping systems and boilers, burner controls including Eclipse, Honeywell and Fireye, along with Maxon, Webber, and Eclipse burners. Wastewater dissolved air floatation systems and the chemical components of them, PLCs including Mitsubishi, Allen Bradly, B&R, and Omron. I have worked with inverter drives including, ABB, Allen Bradly, and Yaskawa. Conveyors and sorting systems with barcode scanners and tracking systems. Compressed air system including Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Gardner Denver, and Sullair. Air control systems that utilize Parker, Mac Valves, Bar cylinders, Hydraulic control systems with flow controls, solenoid valves and cylinders. I also understand and administer the upkeep of the grounds and building maintenance including the HVAC systems. I understand and can read the prints and programing for all of these systems. I have extensive safety training in OSHA and NFPA standards and one of my locations has achieved VVP Star recognition with OSHA. In my tenure with Cintas I have served as a Location Health & Safety Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Stockroom/Supply Supervisor.
