Ochre Building Design worked together with Brian and Lee at BCP on a nursing home project in the Isle of Man which has since been delivered on programme, on budget and with an overall quality of work that is excellent. What makes this even more of an achievement is that BCP had not previously worked on the Isle of Man and yet managed to perform so well, using Island sub-contractors who were unfamiliar to them, that everyone involved is delighted with the completed building.
