I had the pleasure of working for Brian at UBS. His knowledge in the residential mortgage and mortgage back securities business was an essential part of growth for the Home Finance Division of UBS. He always demonstrated patience to teach and explain the complex challenges that faced the trading desk during what was an extremely tumultuous time These as well as other disciplined qualities played an important role in helping to keep the sales team remain focused on our goals. He always remained a committed leader that garnered the respect of his colleague and the national sales team. Through it all Brian remained focused and in control of theTrading Desk. He's intelligent, detail oriented, analytical, and full of integrity. Brian would be an asset to any organization.
