As the initial “face” of Kensington Tours, I live our values each day, and inspire and motivate new hires and tenured staff alike to do their best work. Working with our Destination Expert new hires in weeks 1-4 of their onboarding, I am responsible for providing in-person and hybrid training to new hires.I train new hires and tenured staff on TMT use, sales process, and customer service. As a member of the L&D team, I will also assist our team members with administrative duties associated with staff onboarding and training, LMS content management, scheduling, big-impact company wide projects like personal /professional development workshops, country-specific education, culture initiatives, and technology training.
