  Instruct, train and coach Team Leaders in the proper techniques, procedures and work habits to assure quality production. Responsible for ensuring the Team Leaders are performing their duties effectively while following management philosophy. Evaluate and train the Quality, chemistry, shipping & receiving and Order Entry team to insure they are meeting goals. Enforce safety policies and makes sure all production personnel work safely. Active involvement in proactive safety measures. Work with Sales, Pricing and Customer Service to secure new accounts and improve existing accounts. Responsible for customer audits of process quality and systems, and directly interacts with Customers to discuss and resolve issues. Assists Sales and Customer Service with technical questions or concerns, tours of the facility and technical seminars. Provides support for the technical training of all personnel. Establish and monitor effective daily management process to include daily metrics, visual management, action plans and countermeasures. Create and maintains annual training plans for all departmental personnel. Responsible for maintaining the performance of site chemistry and associated processes (tank management, testing, waste-water treatment). Control all maintain all chemistry. Maintains a partner relationship with vendors and manages the procurement of all process chemicals. On-call for process related problems and resolution. Responsible for developing financial analysis to justify payback on investments in equipment. Manage the company’s compliance to governmental and environmental regulations, in conjunction with the Maintenance Department, with all regulatory agencies. On-call for chemical related emergencies. Assists in the completion of all environmental reports. Maintain Divisions ISO Compliance, attends and facilitates all internal and external audits.
