At Genesys I was a full-stack developer utilizing JavaScript. I also learned AngularJS as it was required. Genesys highly emphasized working in a Agile environment with Scrum. Orchard Software specializes in medical lab software. I was apart of the Orchard Copia team and learned some JavaScript to compliment my Java. I was a full stack developer and spent 52% of my time doing bug fixes and 48% of my time doing new features. While working for Orchard I was always careful to uphold HIPPA laws and worked on my own to get HL7 certified. (HL7 is a standard set by the Federal government for communication between medical instruments.) Orchard Software specializes in medical lab software.
