I have had the pleasure of working with Brian for over 15 years while he was employed by several of my lender clients. Although Brian acted as a business development officer with the lenders, his skills go well beyond marketing. Brian is a creative problem solver who does not engage in the myopic practice of many lenders to only do transactions how they have done them in the past. Using his strong credit skills and deep experience with a wide range of businesses, Brian spots issues and finds novel solutions. And unlike some business development officers, I have never seen Brian promise more than he can deliver or try to sell a financing structure that does not meet a borrower’s needs. In short, he is brings the entire package – a broad range of lending skills with impeccable integrity.
